Explore our global pool of women candidates – and join the list! We welcome everyone to explore the first overview of women in the marine and energy industries who have joined the TOOL global pool of women candidates. Some of these women would like to take on board, advisory or leadership positions – while others want to give back through mentoring, collaboration, public speaking, recruiting talent or representing resources to startups. We have also set up a dedicated community space – where companies can post opportunities they hope to attract more female candidates. We are very happy to profile so many amazing women from all over the world – across sectors, levels, industries and backgrounds. It’s open to all women in the Marine and Energy sector and joining takes just 2 simple steps: 1) Register a profile on TOOL Spawn and make sure to activate “Join the Women’s Pool” when signing up 2) Fill out your profile with the relevant details and a brief description of your contribution and needs <3 You can share our list with anyone you know who is or should be looking for amazing women in the Marine and New Energy sector.
