The Guam Office of Homeland Security and Civil Defense will host two Incident Command System trainings at the Dusit Beach Resort in Guam. The ICS-300 and ICS-400 courses provide training for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System. These comprehensive courses expand on the information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses. Topics include a description of how the National Incident Management System command and management components support the management of an extended incident, the incident/event management process for supervisors and extended incidents as specified by the ICS, the incident management process for a simulated extended incident, and the development of an incident action plan for a simulated incident.
