Analysts say the Kazakh team will return from the French capital with double-digit prizes caravan.
In their final predictions for the Olympic results, Gracenote analysts calculated that the teams leading the medal count in Paris will be the United States, China and Britain.
The top 30 medalists among the former Soviet Union countries are forecast to include Ukraine, Georgia, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Russian and Belarusian athletes, who will compete under a neutral flag in the 2024 Olympics, are not included in the forecast.
