Attorney General calls on Rabuku to resign

Attorney-General Alan Leong has called on acting Director of Public Prosecutions John Rabuku to take the honourable step and resign.

Leung Chun-ying said in a statement that the office is more important than the individual.

“It is regrettable that the acting attorney general (Rabuku) chose to stay in office in accordance with the advice of the Supreme Court,” Leung said.
