If you were near University Avenue in Mangilao Thursday afternoon, you were likely stuck in traffic. At around 12:45 p.m., several units from the Guam Fire and Police Departments responded to a two-vehicle crash near the Mobil gas station in Mangilao. According to GFD spokesperson Lt. Nick Garrido, the initial call indicated a serious injury, but upon arrival GFD units found a patient with minor injuries. The patient was transported to the Guam Regional Medical City.
