QNB provides 50 million dinars loan to microfinance institution Enda Tamweel

QNB Group, the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa, has granted a loan of 50 million Tunisian dinars to the microfinance institution “Enda Tamweel” to support its financial activities and provide financial services to small and medium-sized enterprises in Tunisia.

The signing of the said financing agreement between QNB and Enda Tamweel took place at a ceremony attended by several representatives from both institutions.

The financing is part of QNB Group’s desire to promote entrepreneurship and innovation through its international network and support start-ups and SMEs in the countries where it operates, in order to promote sustainable finance.

Enda Tamweel is committed to contributing to the sustainable economic, social and environmental development of the country and has a significant presence in all provinces of the country through 109 institutions and 5 mobile counters.

QNB Tunisia operates in 11 governorates through 29 offices, including two QNB FIRST offices in Tunis and Sousse, three corporate business centers in Tunis and Sousse, and two exchange offices in Tunis Carthage and Djerba airports.
