Photo: A viewer-submitted video shot in Dededo on Monday shows Guam Fire Department crews extinguishing flames of a burning vehicle. The video was sent to the Guam Fire Department around 11:30 a.m. on Monday. As you can see, firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the flames. No injuries were reported. The National Weather Service said the fire threat is high due to extremely dry weather and gusty winds during the day, which led to the response. The Red Flag Warning will remain in effect until 7 p.m. Tuesday. The public is reminded not to burn outdoors.
