Kyrgyz Ambassador to Azerbaijan Maksat Mamitkanov presents credentials to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev

AKIPRESS website – Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan Maksat Mamitkanov presented his credentials to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The Ambassador conveyed the greetings and good wishes of the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov to the President of Kyrgyzstan Ilham Aliyev, who congratulated Maksat Mamitkanov on his appointment and wished him success in his new post.

The ambassador noted that the current level of development of Kyrgyzstan-Azerbaijan relations was achieved through joint cooperation of the two heads of state, and expressed gratitude to the two heads of state for their efforts to enhance friendship.

They discussed the importance of major bilateral projects already underway and stressed the potential for further development of the bilateral partnership in various fields.
