In five months, the Republican budget received a total of 25.3 million soms in the form of this tax.
By the end of 2023, the state budget received 13.5 million soms in the form of e-commerce taxes.
Activities in the field of e-commerce are taxed at 2% on income from services provided and goods sold in electronic form.
The tax is paid by organizations and individual entrepreneurs who sell goods using domain names or IP addresses registered in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Taxpayers must pay all transactions through a specially opened bank account, including through e-wallets and other virtual payment instruments linked to the account.
