Mexico City (apro) – The group stages of Euro 2024 have concluded and the last 16 of the European tournament have been determined.
Slovenia, Romania and Georgia performed well and advanced to the next stage of the continental tournament. France finished second in Group D behind Austria.
After three days of the first stage of the European Cup, Germany and Switzerland advanced in Group A, while in Group B, known as the “death”, Spain ranked first with 9 points, followed by Italy, and got a ticket to the group stage. In the final moments, they drew 1-1 with Croatia.
The atmosphere of the game in Group C was very intense. England took the lead with 5 points, which also left many questions about the team’s performance. Denmark won the second place and Slovenia won the best third place.

When will the round of 16 take place?

The winners will advance to the top eight of the tournament and prepare for the quarter-finals, which begin on Friday, July 5th. The semi-finals are scheduled for July 9th and 10th, with the final taking place on Sunday, the 14th.
