Pedro Joaquín Beltrán Pastrana, a 76-year-old man, died from injuries he sustained when he was hit by an irresponsible vehicle, whose driver fled.
The deaths occurred on Thursday evening near the welding workshop “El Alero de la Piedra” in the municipality of El Guícaro, in the province of Nueva Segovia.
After the National Police Agency agents learned of the case, they went to the scene to conduct further investigation.
