Toluca, Idomex. (APRO) within its jurisdiction and discharges alimony and domestic violence claims filed against politicians.

“You promised many times during the election campaign to protect women, girls and boys, so I ask you not to allow injustice to happen and order a thorough investigation into the matter to verify that I am telling the truth and direct that the appropriate procedures be followed. Absolute transparency, objectivity and fairness,” he called for.

Castillo Ramos, through a video published on social networks, asked the elected lawmaker to be responsible for any damage that she, her daughter or her family may have suffered in the complaints filed since 2020 and 2021.

“I’m asking for your support, solidarity and compassion to keep my youngest daughter, myself and my family safe because I think she’s going to be more aggressive when we have jurisdiction,” he said.

She recalled that in 2020, she filed a criminal complaint for domestic violence 577 against her then-husband because of escalating attacks during the marriage, in which she beat her then 8-year-old daughter. However, the complaint did not go anywhere.

He stated that in 2021 he also filed a civil lawsuit for non-payment of alimony, and therefore from June 21, 2022 to date, Carballo Gutiérrez was registered in the Civil Registry as a debtor for alimony.

“I feel helpless and not protected by the judiciary, but fundamentally I am disappointed with the complicity of the National Electoral Institute (INE) and the national leader of PVEM, José Couttolenc, because it is impossible for a person registered in the register of defaulters of food debtors, who also savagely beat his daughter, to have been registered as a candidate for federal parliament and … to have obtained the majority of votes,” he lamented.

In his opinion, “Luis Alberto Caballo Gutiérrez does not have the moral qualities to hold an elected office. “A man who is irresponsible and violent towards his own daughter cannot be a representative of society; how can he propose laws that benefit women, girls and boys when he systematically breaks them.”
