A 17-year-old youth was killed and two people were arrested in the capital’s Nasimi district.

Azer Mammadov (conditionally given name) was stabbed during an argument between Mehman Nasibov (born in 2008) and Ali Valiyev (conditionally given name) on Javadkhan Street in the capital’s Nasimi district. There is reasonable suspicion that they killed him.
Mehman Nasibov and Ali Valiyev (named conditionally) were detained by police, referred for investigation, and arrested as suspects by the regional prosecutor’s office.
In this regard, the Nasimi District Prosecutor’s Office has opened an investigation case in accordance with relevant provisions of the Criminal Law and is conducting a preliminary investigation.
