On the one hand, it is a question of strengthening the deterrent capacity of the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and, on the other hand, it is a question of conducting an effective diplomatic blow to certain rogue States.

We believe that peace must be the priority. Besides peace, access to basic social services is another issue. That is: water, electricity, health, education, infrastructure.

Ms Souminwa’s government should ultimately “moralize” political life by ruthlessly combating the impunity shown by bad managers of public funds. The judiciary is called upon to play a vital role.
