His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Aviation Club, signed today a contract with “Aeropact”, a company specialized in the field of airshow management, to implement the aerial display course The second edition of the “Sand & Fun” General Aviation Show will be held at the Saudi Aviation Club headquarters at Al Tuma Airport from November 19 to 23, 2024. The second edition of “Sand & Fun” aims to bring more than 100 civil and military aircraft of various sizes and types, as well as high-quality and unique ground and air flight displays through the participation and attendance of more than 60,000 international aviation team visitors.

The exhibition includes “Hangar Talks” workshops where aviation experts from around the world discuss various aviation topics, educational and entertainment activities for young people, and other supporting activities.

The General Aviation Show “Sand&Fun” returns for its second edition, following the generous approval to hold the exhibition at the “32” route in Riyadh.

It is worth noting that the first exhibition was opened under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Riyadh Region. The exhibition was held at Al Thumama Airport from January 11 to 13, 2020. A total of more than 60 aircraft of various types and sizes participated, more than 20,000 spectators attended, and also included aircraft flight performances, night stunt flying performances and various aviation-related entertainment activities.
