Jean-Christophe Buison, deputy editor-in-chief of the French newspaper Le Figaro, said in his Weibo on October 13 that France will provide 36 howitzers to Armenia within the framework of the “CAESAR” self-propelled artillery unit supply contract.
Buisson said the “CAESAR” self-propelled artillery system will be delivered to Armenia within 15 months.
Last week, French Defense Minister Sébastien Le Cornu announced that Yerevan and Paris had signed a contract for the delivery of Caesar self-propelled artillery units to France.
