Criticizing a book that offers great rewards for reading the Quran
The compiler of this booklet is Abu Anas Al-Taifi, who talks about the hadiths about the virtues of reading the Quran and some of the virtues of the Quran. Of course, the Quran is the basis of any Muslim’s life because. Every good deed is based on it, so all rewards are based on the Quran, whether it is reading it or taking action.
Altaifi begins the book by saying:
"Praise be to God, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Most Honorable Prophet and Messenger. As for the following:
On the authority of Abu Umamah, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: ((Read the Qur’an, as it will come on this Day) Resurrection as an intercessor of his companions)) narrated by Muslim."
The error in the Hadith is that the Quran intercedes for the reader, and reading the Quran does no good to a person unless he takes action, as Allah the Almighty says:
" Why you don’t do it?"
There is no reward for studying unless you work hard at it.
He said:
"On the authority of Ibn Masood, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, said ((Whoever reads a letter from the Book of Allah and does a good deed for it, the good deed will be multiplied tenfold, I am not saying that Alif is a letter, but that Alif is a letter, Laam is a letter, and Meem is a letter)) It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, and it is authentic. Hadith.
If the number of letters in the Quran is about 340,740 letters, then you will get a huge reward, if you complete the Quran once, each letter is a good deed, and the good deeds will multiply. You will get a reward of 340,740 x 10 = 3,407,400.
Three hundred and forty-seven thousand four hundred good deeds, and that is just to complete once, then if you complete it once a month, that means you will complete the Quran twelve times. If Allah wills, you will get a reward of 3407400 x 12 = 40888800 forty million eight hundred and eight, knowing the huge reward, what do you think is the share of the Quran in your time?"
The error in the hadith is that hearing or reading a letter is worth doing one good deed. Contrary to this, God is not responsible for the parts of things, but for the whole. Reading one or more verses is a good deed, reading one or more verses is also a good deed, and one good deed is rewarded with ten good deeds, which confirms his statement about Surah Al-An’am. "Whoever does good will be rewarded tenfold"
This contradicts what they said
"00 Whoever reads the letter of God while he is sitting in prayer, fifty good deeds will be recorded for him. 000 Whoever reads the letter of God while he is standing in prayer, one hundred good deeds will be recorded for him. "Narrated by Ibn Adi in Al-Kamil, so here the letter means 50 or 100 good things, they said "Whoever listens to a verse from the Book of God, double good deeds will be recorded for him "Ahmad and Al-Tayalis narrated that the good deeds here are double, saying that the highest letter is the good deeds.
Then he said:
"Here are some of the advantages of the Quran and verses that will become a part of your reading
Fatihah
The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said ((Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, these are the seven repetitive verses and the Great Qur’an that We have been given)) Bukhari
The Messenger of Allah, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, said ((With my soul in his hands, there is nothing like it in the Torah, the Gospels, the Psalms, the Qur’an) They are the seven repetitions of resurrection, and the great Qur’an that I was given)) Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, authentically."
The error in both hadiths is that Fatihah is a repetition of seven hadiths, but he objects that the seven repetitions are similar hadiths to confirm what Allah Almighty said about Zumar. "The best Hadith from God, a similar and repetitive book "
Moreover, the Fatiha does not consist of 14 verses for the purpose of the sabbatical, just as the Qur’an has no mother except the decisive verse that cancels the ruling, as he says in Surah Imran:
"It is He who revealed this book to you, including the defining verses that are the mother of this book. "
He said:
"The Messenger of Allah, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “This is a door from heaven that has never been opened except today. Then he said: This is an angel who has never come except today and said: There are two bright good news that have never been seen before you. Narrated by Muslim"
The first error is that the angels came to Earth, which contradicts their existence in Heaven, because they were not at peace on Earth, and God Almighty says in Surah Isra:
"Say: If there are angels walking in peace on earth, we will send them an angel and a messenger from heaven. "
The second error is that in addition to Gabriel, there is an angel who descends with the beginning of the Qur’an and the end of the Baikara, which contradicts the fact that the entire Qur’an was conveyed to Gabriel, a trustworthy spirit, to confirm the will of Allah Almighty. It is said in Surat Al-Shu’ara:
"This is a revelation from the Lord of the Worlds, which the faithful spirit has conveyed to your hearts so that you may become one of the warners."
He said:
"Surat Al-Baqarah, Al-Imran, Ayat Al-Kursi and the last two verses of Surat Al-Baqarah
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Read the Quran, because it will be an intercessor for his companions on the Day of Resurrection, and read two verses: “Al-Baqarah” and “Surat Al”. Because they will come on the Day of Resurrection like two clouds, or like two flocks of birds, and they will argue about their companions. -Baqarah, if he regards it as a blessing and leaves regrets, then he cannot do it (that is, as narrated by Muslim)."
The error is that these two Surahs come with Muslims in the afterlife, contrary to the fact that a person, whether a Muslim or a non-believer, leaves this world as an individual and as a human being on the Day of Resurrection. On this point alone, Allah the Almighty says in the Quran:
"You came to us alone, and just as we first created you, you have left behind what we gave you."
He said:
"The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever recites Ayat Kursi after every obligatory prayer, nothing can prevent him from entering Paradise except his death.”"
The mistake is that the reading is done after the prayers and not during the prayers, which is basically reading some surahs.
He said:
The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever recites the last two verses of Surat Al-Baqarah at night, it is enough for him.”"
The mistake is that reciting only two verses from the Baqarah is enough, which contradicts the fact that night prayers take up at least one-third of the night, which means reciting many verses, as Allah the Almighty says:
"Your Lord knows that you stand for two-thirds and a half of the night and more than one-third, and there is a group of people with you, and God has determined the night and the day, and He knows that you do not count it. He has turned to you, so recite what is possible in the Qur’an."
He said:
"The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “Allah the Almighty wrote a book more than two thousand years before the creation of the heavens and the earth and revealed two verses from it with which the Qur’an ends. They should not be recited in homes for three nights, lest Satan approach them.”) Sahih."
The mistake is that Satan does not enter in the other two verses of Al-Baqarah, contrary to the fact that God calls Satan a companion in the Quran. "His companion said, “Lord, I did him no wrong.” "As long as a person is alive, his companions will not keep him in this world, so let us wonder, why does Satan keep the reader at home instead of leaving him in the whole world?
He said:
"Sora Cave
The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said in his narration ((Whoever memorizes the first ten verses of Surat Al-Kahf will be protected from the Antichrist)) and his narration ((The end of Surat Al-Kahf)) was narrated by Muslim."
The mistake is to read the verses of Surat Al-Kahf as a protection for the anti-Christ. Let us ask, why are not the verses of the entire Quran protected? Also, the meaning mentioned in these three verses is mentioned in many other surahs, so isn’t it strange why these verses were taken away and left behind? According to what Allah Almighty said in the Prophet, the Messiah (peace be upon him) will not be resurrected again in this world. "Forbid us to destroy the villages so that they will not come back "Here no one can return to earthly life to condemn God, and here we notice the contradiction between narratives three and ten.
He said:
"The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, ((Whoever recites Surat Al-Kahf on Friday, the light between two Fridays will shine for him)) Sahih.
The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, ((Whoever recites the Qur’an on Friday, light will illuminate for him whatever lies between him and the House of the Holy)) Sahih."
The error here is that in the first hadith the cave reader at night or on Friday received the light between the two Friday prayers, which contradicts the fact that in the second hadith the light was between the two places and not between the two times, he was healed from his illness and the temptations of the Antichrist and seventy thousand angels prayed for him, which contradicts the following:
Muslims will have light in the afterlife, as evidenced by what he said in Surah al-Hadid "One day you will see believing men and believing women seeking light in their hands "
He said:
"Quran Blessings
The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said ((Indeed, thirty verses in the Qur’an intercede for a person until he is forgiven. This is a chapter. He had it in his hand)) Truly, narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and others.
Surat Kafiron
The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said ((Whoever recites: Say: O you who disbelieve, this will be equal to one fourth of his Qur’an, and whoever recites: Say: He is Allah, is One, this will be equal to one third of his Qur’an for him)) Sunnah of Hasan
Surat Ikhlas
On the authority of Abu Hurairah he said: ((I came with the Prophet and he heard a man reciting: Say: He is God, One of God, the Eternal. Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him blessings) he said: ((This is obligatory). I said: What is obligatory? He said: “Paradise”)).
On the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri ((A man who heard a man reciting {saying: He is Allah, the One} (Al-Ikhlas: 1) repeated it. In the morning he came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and mentioned this to him – it was as if the man was saying, The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: My soul is in His hands, which is equivalent to one third of the Qur’an.) Narrated by Bukhari
The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said ((Is there anyone among you who cannot recite one-third of the Qur’an in one night?) They said: How can he recite one-third of the Qur’an? ? He said: {Say: He is the One God} which is equivalent to one-third of the Qur’an)) narrated by Muslim."
The error in the previous hadith is that the Quran is one third of the Quran, the earthquake is half of the Quran, the pagans are one quarter of the Quran, and victory is one quarter of the Quran. We have to ask: What? What is one third of the Quran, what is half, and what is one quarter?
There is absolutely no answer, please ask:
Does he mean a third, a quarter or a half of the meaning or words? If he means the meaning, then these Surahs together constitute less than 1% of the meaning of the Quran, as can be seen from the lack of rulings in them, which are at most five or six, while the Quran contains thousands of rulings, and if the response is the words, then their words together constitute one hundred thousandth. If there is no difference between the chapters of the Quran in any way, then “a little” is equal to half, a third or a quarter of the Quran, because they are all the words of Allah, and the words of Allah are equal in all aspects. Source and action.
He said:
"The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever recites Qur’wa Allahhu-i-I until he has completed it ten times, Allah will build a palace for him in Paradise.”"
The error is that the reward for reciting Surah Al-Ikhlas ten times is to build a palace in Paradise for the reciter, which is a lie because one good deed is rewarded with ten good deeds and the reward does not involve shortcomings. Allah the Almighty says in the Quran:
"Whoever does good will be rewarded tenfold
