Libreville, Wednesday, June 19, 2024 (Infos Gabon) – The General Manager of the National Real Estate Society (SNI), Herman Kamonomono, and the Regional Director for Africa of the Western Development Bank for East, Central and Africa, signed a letter of intent for a mutually beneficial cooperation.
The terms of reference of the aforementioned agreement indicate that three areas of cooperation between the SNI and the aforementioned banks will be launched in the coming days, namely: Among other things, they will include the financing of a real estate program for 1,000 housing units, the structuring and financing of land development programs and the creation of a housing fund for employees and employers of private sector agents (civil servants).
It is noteworthy that the development bank Shelter Afrique, represented by its General Manager Thierno-Habib Hann, signed this partnership with SNI General Manager, Mr. Herman Kamonomono, after a stay of almost three months in Libreville. . It is worth remembering that the partnership was signed on the occasion of the 43rd Annual General Meeting of the Shelter Development Bank for Africa (BDShaf) held in Kigali, Rwanda, from June 11 to 13.
