Tazabek – A businessman Almas Chukin In an interview with Kazakh media, he talked about the acquisition of Kyrgyzstan’s Halyk Bank OJSC by international investment group Visor International DMCC.
The bank’s shares were sold through the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange in April 2024.
According to him, the transaction amount was approximately US$38 million.
