Two Russian warships left the Cuban capital Havana on Monday as planned, Russian news agency RIA Novosti reported, citing its journalists.
A Russian warship and a nuclear-powered submarine arrived at Havana’s port last week, a stop that the United States and Cuba said posed no threat but was widely seen as a show of Russian strength at a time of heightened tensions over the ongoing war in Ukraine.
