Rashi (Very) – The International Court of Justice ordered the Israeli occupation forces to immediately stop their attack on the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip and to allow the UN Commission of Inquiry to enter the Gaza Strip.
“Israel must immediately cease its military aggression against the Rafah governorate and all other actions that could have an impact on the living conditions of the Palestinian people in Gaza that could lead to their extermination as a group or in part,” the court said in a statement today.
The court also asked Israel to implement previous orders to provide basic services in the Gaza Strip, increase humanitarian aid routes and open the Rafah border gate.
