He stressed that our private and public sectors are in harmony… Citizen and non-citizen laborers enjoy hundreds of thousands of opportunities provided by our national economy… Our goal is to create 100,000 new jobs for Filipinos, God willing, to become citizens in the next three years. He concluded: “If God wills, our country, our youth and our economy will become better, better and greater.”
