Photo: The lone occupant of a car that crashed into a utility pole in Yigo is currently in Guam Regional Medical City with serious injuries, according to Captain Kevin Reilly, a spokesman for the Guam Fire Department. Reilly said that at 6:05 p.m. Friday, firefighters from the Yigo Fire Department responded to a report of a car-pole collision at the intersection of Marine Corps Boulevard and Tun Luis Duenas Street. The driver, a male of unknown age, was transported to the Guam Regional Medical City along with GFD paramedics and arrived at GRMC at 6:55 p.m.
