Kate Middleton, who is undergoing cancer treatment, has promised to appear in public on June 15

Central Asia (CA) – Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales, said she was on the mend and promised to make a public appearance at the flag-raising ceremony on Saturday, writing on her social media accounts.

The princess is currently continuing to undergo chemotherapy for cancer.

“I have been overwhelmed by all the kind words of support and encouragement over the past few months. It has truly changed our lives for the better and helped us through some difficult times.

I’m making good progress, but as anyone who’s been through chemotherapy knows, there are good days and bad days. On the bad days, you feel weak, tired, and need to give your body a rest. But on the good days, when you feel better, you want to make the most of how you feel.

My treatment is ongoing and will continue for several months. On days when I feel well, I enjoy attending school events, spending personal time doing things that give me energy and motivation, and starting to do some work at home.

I’m looking forward to attending the King’s Birthday Parade this weekend with my family and hopefully attending some public events over the summer, but at the same time I know it’s not over yet.

I am learning to be patient, especially during uncertain times, to take each day as it comes, to listen to my body, and to allow myself to take the time I need to heal.
