On May 23, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikian received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Republic of Armenia Eric de Muynck.
The Minister of Defense congratulated Ambassador Demuinke on the start of his mission in Armenia and wished him success in the discharge of his duties.
Prospects for cooperation between the defense ministries of the two countries were discussed during the talks.
The meeting also discussed regional security issues and ongoing reforms of the Armenian Armed Forces.
