an outstanding scientist This title is awarded to a female scientist who has made significant contributions in the fields of STEM science (engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics, chemistry, biology).

category Innovative technology products The award is given to an innovative product whose creator is a woman and which addresses a business or social need through a specific technological solution. The winner in this category can be a technology startup or an individual technology solution, product or service developed by an in-house team.

Finally, in the category A leading company dedicated to women’s empowerment An outstanding technology company that is committed to equality, diversity and the advancement of women in technology leadership positions will be recognized.

One of the first female programmers in the United States, the Grace Hopper Award is a technology award that recognizes and encourages women working in the field.
