Mikayil Ngor Faye belongs to the Rennes team that will travel to Reims this Sunday for the third day of the French Ligue 1 season.
Arriving at Rennes from FC Barcelona this summer, Mikael Faye could make his debut for his new club. He was indeed selected for the group stage of this Sunday’s (3pm GMT) match against Reims.
With three points in two days, Rennes will surely be back to winning ways. Julien Stephan’s side had a poor performance against Strasbourg last weekend (1-3 loss), which exposed concerns in the center back, especially after the departure of Arthur Tete (on loan to Frankfurt).
Mikael Faye can therefore help Rennes stabilize its defense and achieve its goals this season.
