ICAO says civil aviation reforms meet international standards

ICAO said the changes in the civil aviation sector are in line with international standards.

A delegation from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) arrived in Armenia on an official visit.

During this visit, ICAO experts conducted a week-long inspection of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), and conducted in-depth research on the work content and recent reforms of the CAAC. After talks and consultations, ICAO representatives spoke highly of the work of the CAAC and the rules and regulations it has formulated.

The meeting paid special attention to the recently implemented reforms, which ICAO experts believe are fully in line with international aviation standards. This proves the effectiveness of the measures taken by Armenia to develop the civil aviation industry and comply with international standards.

This positive evaluation is a major achievement for the aviation industry of the Republic of Armenia and will help enhance the international reputation of the country’s civil aviation sector.
