Positions on questionable matters and taboos and the situation of those who appeal to people for the truth

You often see jurisprudence debates about issues where many people claim that these issues are broad and whoever bans them will only make things more difficult and restrictive for people, etc.

Question about the length of Muslim clothing: is it allowed to hang below the ankle, and what about it reaching the ankle completely, or does it absolutely have to be above the ankle? Several hadiths are mentioned in this chapter and anyone who wants to reach can search in any book of sunnah he wants about clothing. But why are those who require clothing to be lifted above the ankles described as strict or burdening people more than they can handle? Did the mourners think he wanted to interfere in their lives, restrict their freedom, and implement his own ideas? Or did he listen to the words of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) and be willing to see people glorify him and avoid warning and belittling him? Wouldn’t those two things be easier for him? Say what you want to say, go along with the people, whichever is easier, avoid being prohibited from doing evil, and be at odds with the people? He has no intention of going against you, and he has no words to disrupt your livelihood.

This includes many issues in which those who are forbidden to be right and those who are forbidden to be wrong become knowledgeable and discerning, demanding and restricting the servants of God, who instead commands them to do what is best for them. , if one of the things is not forbidden, then he abandons it, no doubt it would be better if he condemned or abandoned it in Sharia law.
