A 49-year-old woman from St. Catherine has been charged with assault after she allegedly tried to stab a man with an ice pick on Tuesday.
Portmore police said Sidonia Armsby, of Clifton, shot the man the day before after a heated argument between the two. The man escaped uninjured.
She is awaiting a court date.
