UNMHA mission prepares to build seawall at Al-Khokha

Today, Walid al-Kadhimi, the First Deputy Minister of Hodeidah Governorate, accompanied by the UN Mission to Support the Hodeidah Agreement (UNMHA) team and the engineering team, conducted a sea inspection to inspect the construction site of the new breakwater at the Fish Landing Center in Al-Khoka district.
The purpose of the visit was to assess the site and prepare a comprehensive study for the construction of the terraces to protect fishing boats from weather fluctuations, especially during the strong wind season.
The United Nations mission recently announced its support for this important project, which will help improve conditions for fishermen in the region and protect their source of livelihood.
