A ditch next to the 10th Police Station in Kazenga City mysteriously caught fire again today.
This is the third time this year alone that the ditch has caught fire, but it has caused no loss of life or material.
Angolan state radio heard residents express concern about this recurring mystery and demand a clear and unambiguous explanation from the authorities.
Furthermore, the civil defence and firefighting personnel involved in extinguishing the fire did not provide any data on the cause of the ongoing fire in the ditch.
