Leden Group, a metal contract manufacturer, will begin moving its new plant from Sievi to Oululais in August or early September.
The move will be phased in during the autumn, when traffic between Schewi and Ouleten increases, and is busiest between September and October.
The relocation will start from the factory in the center of Sievi, via Ylivieska, to the new factory in the Kivisenkanka industrial area in the town of Oulainen.
The new plant is located along Ylivieska Road. Overall, the relocation will be carried out in phases starting in the fall of 2024 and is expected to be completed in early 2025.
