Rakiraki police raided a farm today and seized more than 600 plants suspected to be marijuana.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations (ACP) Livai Driu said the raid was carried out inside Nalawa.

ACP Driu said that besides more than 600 plants, police also seized branches of suspected marijuana and bags of green leaves.

He said three men were also arrested during the raid and are currently in police custody.

Fiji Police’s Chief of Operations says the force’s five divisions continue to seize both white and green drugs, with a focus on targeting criminals involved in the supply of illicit drugs.
