Heavy rain, strong winds and high seas warnings have been issued in several provinces.
According to the forecast, “A low pressure area is likely to form over the northern part of the Bay of Bengal tomorrow. Strong winds (70-80) km/hr, accompanied by heavy rain and sea waves, are likely to occur in the above-mentioned sea areas.”
The navy and the fishing industry are also requested to take note of this.
