Fonterra to invest  million in Studholme plant

The project will increase production of high-value dairy proteins to meet a growing global market.

Fonterra has announced a $75 million investment in its Studholme processing plant near Waimate to increase production of high-value protein.

Work on site will begin next month, with the first products expected to roll off the production line in 2026.
