The path that the European institutions follow to make the environmental protection policies implemented by the countries increasingly effective is therefore clear. Even if no specific damage to health is found, this ruling marks an important moment in defining the responsibilities of the institutions. In fact, these institutions have the obligation to guarantee and protect the quality of life of all citizens.
