On Sunday, August 25, 2024, at around 8:24 p.m., police investigated an incident that occurred at a residence in the Candelero Arriba community in the town of Humacao.
According to initial reports, the 9-1-1 emergency system received a call regarding the assault. When officers arrived, they found a man inside the residence striking his father with his hands.
The man was taken to hospital in stable condition.
When the alleged aggressor barricaded himself at the scene, the protocol was activated and police negotiators arrived on scene.
Then, around 4:00 a.m. Monday, the Bayamon City Police Station SWAT team was mobilized and went inland to arrest the attackers.
The detainees received medical assistance.
They found a female body in a residence in Grand Baha
Authorities are investigating a suspicious death reported at 10:35 a.m. Sunday at a residence on Dos Bocas Street in the Levittown neighborhood of Grand Baha.
According to preliminary reports, police received a call from a family member who reported that a decomposed female body, approximately 65 years old, was found in a room at the residence.
The deceased was identified as Mabel Cruise Cruise65 years old.
The body was sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for appropriate examination to determine the cause of death.
Braulio González, a special agent with the Bayamon Criminal Investigation Team’s Homicide Unit, is in charge of the investigation.
