Well-known transvestite Idris Okuneye, aka Bobrisky, recently shared his experience of feeding over 2,500 inmates while serving time at Kirikiri Maximum Prison. Deeply touched by the tough living conditions of the inmates, Bobrisky arranged for large amounts of food to be delivered and also gave them money to help ease their plight.

Bobrisky posted on Instagram on Sunday, August 25, that the conditions in the prison broke his heart. He wrote: “I will always be proud of myself. I fed over 2,500 people in Kirikiri Maximum Prison. I found the conditions they were in heartbreaking. I ordered 5 large cows, 10 bags of rice and 5 baskets of tomatoes to feed them all and I gave them money.”

Recall that Bobrisky was sentenced to six months in jail on April 12, 2024, after he pleaded guilty to misusing the naira at a Federal High Court in Lagos. However, he was released on August 5, 2024.
