Two Honda Fits involved in crash early Sunday, driver arrested: Cayman News Service

(CNS): Three people were injured when two Honda Fits collided on the Estley Tibbetts Highway near the Kimpton Resort shortly after midnight Sunday. Police said an investigation revealed that one of the vehicles was traveling along ETH toward West Bay, and the other Fit, traveling in the opposite direction, crossed the median and collided with the first Honda. The driver of the second vehicle was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Police did not say whether one or two of the three injured were drivers. Police said the three people were seriously injured but not life-threatening, and two of them have been released from the hospital.

The road was temporarily closed while police investigated but reopened shortly before 3am.
