According to a news release from the BNSP Information and Public Relations Department sent to the APS on Saturday, as part of the campaign, the fire brigade deployed in Tuba conducted 433 interventions.
Of these, 214 were related to traffic accidents, resulting in 551 victims, of whom 540 were rescued, but 11 unfortunately died from their injuries.
BNSP expressed deep concern at the scale of these road incidents and called on users to remain vigilant, stressing the importance of respecting highway regulations, especially when pilgrims are returning.
In addition, the team reported conducting 340 free medical consultations and four interventions in fires that killed three people.
