After Mauritius and Nigeria, the Red and Yellow School will introduce training programmes in Tunisia. These training courses are designed to provide students with non-technical skills, which are essential for integration into the job market.
The Red and Yellow Creative Business School, a South African school for digital marketing, design and creative leadership, will provide training courses in Tunisia. For this project, it will work with the Central University of Tunisia Business School. The cooperation between the two schools takes place within the framework of the activities of the Pan-African Honors Education Network operated by the British Actis Group.

By uniting institutions in the African market, this partnership will equip the world’s fastest growing workforce with future-proof skills to solve the continent’s most pressing challenges,” said Andrew Allison, Chief Commercial Officer at Red and Yellow Creative Business School.
Tunisia is the third African country where the Red and Yellow School has established itself. Last May, it opened training courses in Mauritius, and then in Nigeria in August. The launch of these new campuses is due to the internationalization project that began with the expansion in Africa.
From October, Tunisian students will be able to follow courses in digital marketing, leadership and key skills offered by South African schools. Courses will be taught in French. The programme will also be available in its original English version.
This collaboration should be extended to other countries, with the goal of providing Africans with non-technical skills that are equally important for integration into the job market. According to the McKinsey Global Institute, approximately 50% of current work activities can be automated. In this context, it is imperative for companies to have employees with skills that technology cannot provide.
