An attack at a wedding in Nono district reportedly left 27 people dead, including the bride and groom

Astedar of Biftu Jalala Kebele in the area and victims told VOA that 27 people were killed and 17 injured in an attack on a wedding ceremony in Nono area of ​​West Shewa district last Saturday.

Nesru Umar, chairman of Gifty Jalala kebele where the attack took place, said a married couple was among the victims in the bomb dropped at 3pm that evening.
