The Francophonie Summit is looking for sponsors between MDT 150 and 1 million dinars

– The Francophone Village will be held at the “Djerba Discovery Park” from November 13 to 22, 2022 and will become a place of conviviality among francophone participants. It will include stands representing national traditions and crafts, a stage for cultural and artistic performances, an immersive exhibition space, an Arabic calligraphy exhibition, an art exhibition, an OIF pavilion and a Tunisia pavilion.

– The Francophone Economic Forum (FEF) will be held at the “Palm Djerba” from November 20 to 21, 2022. It will be an opportunity to meet the Francophone business community and get to know the size of the Francophone economy.

2/ Summit participants:

 Sovereign States, Heads of State and Government, as well as Full Member States and Government delegations, Associate Members and Observers; (88 countries)

 8,000 participants from the international French-speaking community;

representatives of international and regional organizations (21 organizations) and civil society;

 Representatives of French and international written and audiovisual media.

3/Visual Merchandising:

The Summit’s communications and marketing activities will reach a wide range of communities around the world, aiming to promote Tunisia’s role in the French-speaking world.

The overall target of the campaign is the French-speaking community as a whole, namely political, economic and cultural decision-makers, namely:

 Summit participants (political leaders, diplomats, senior officials, journalists, etc. from participating countries);

 Managers of regional and international organizations;

 National and international media;

 Business and finance: chambers of commerce, employers, banks, insurance companies, etc.

 Public companies and organizations in the French-speaking world;

 Cultural environment;

 Potential students from African countries.

4/How to become a partner:

To become an Organizing Partner of the Summit you must select one of the following partner levels (Appendix 1).

Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the cooperation agreement will first take into account the needs determined by the National Organizing Committee. It can take the following forms:

Direct provision of goods or services;

 Financial participation through transfers to an account opened at the Tunis General Bank.

The Partner Contract will detail the rights and obligations of the Partner (administrative terms, technical and financial terms) and is signed between the selected Partner and the National Organizing Committee Agent.

The financial participation fee will be paid after the contract is signed.

However, the possibility of partial payments can be agreed with the NOC. In this case, the full contribution cannot be paid later than 31 March 2023.

5/Partner Level:

6/Quotation evaluation:

Partner proposals will be evaluated by a dedicated ad hoc committee of the National Organizing Committee.

The committee evaluates these proposals, taking into account the following factors:

 Partner level according to Appendix 1;

 The needs expressed by different stakeholders. In the case of providing goods or services, bonuses can be awarded to partners that meet these needs; However, the organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject any other quotations that are not suitable for the event needs..

 Classify cash and physical amounts and verify physical amounts and revalue where necessary;

 The committee decides the level at which the partner will be placed after evaluating these considerations and awarding the bonus;

 The Commission may at any time request documents or clarifications or other information from the party making the offer of cooperation;

 The Commission reserves the right to accept or not accept an offer of cooperation;

 If necessary, the Committee may interview one or more candidates to fully understand the scope and feasibility of the offer;

 The Committee may review partner privileges if necessary.

7/ Expression of interest:

Partner candidates are requested to submit a letter of intent that complies with the model attached to this call for applications. (Appendix 2)

8/Cooperation period:

Taking into account point 05 of this Call for Applications, the Partner Contract will end at the end of the Event on November 22, 2022. Certain contracts may be extended by mutual agreement between the National Organizing Committee and the Partner.

9/Information Conference

The NOCs reserve the right to organize information sessions individually or collectively regarding this call for applications.

10/Call duration:

The call for applications will open on September 22 and close on October 3, 2022.
