The Armenian Ministry of Defense informed that Defense Minister Suren Papikian visited the front line during a visit to a military unit and observed large-scale construction works being carried out there.
Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Karen Grigoryan and Commander of the above-mentioned military units Galekin Pogosyan briefed the minister in detail on the work done so far and the next tasks.
The Defense Minister then visited the deployment sites of personnel carrying out combat missions, talked with the officers and soldiers there, and stressed the importance of daily combat training and continuous improvement of capabilities.
