Mbabane – The Swaziland International Trade Fair will host a Gospel Worship Experience on Sunday, September 1, 2024, featuring the South African Gospel Ensemble Chapel.

Founded in 2003 by Bishop Isaac Dagada, the award-winning house of worship is based in Limpopo and has released several albums of high-energy gospel music. Gates will open at 10am and there will be a performance by Phathwakahle, one of Swaziland’s most popular gospel singers. The event will be held at the Mavuso Trade Fair Centre. Siphesihle Nkhabindze, spokesperson for the trade show, said: “The gospel worship experience on September 1, 2024 is not to be missed. We are looking forward to local gospel music joining the line-up. We are also excited for the house of worship to be part of the show. They will feature some regional talent to lead us in praise and worship alongside local talent. We encourage gospel lovers from across Swaziland and the region to gather and attend worship services on the third day of the trade fair.”

Tickets are 100 euros for adults and 30 euros for children. VIP tickets are not available for sale. Fans can purchase tickets by selecting the Tickets tab on the EITF app. Tickets will also be available at the gate on September 1, 2024. Nkhabindze concluded: “We decided to open the doors at 10am to allow the public seamless access to the venue. We also wanted to create a family atmosphere by hosting this show mainly during the day, with performances in the late afternoon and early evening. This decision was made with the understanding that the gospel community prefers to enjoy the music of their choice in a family setting. We want every family member to enjoy the music we prepare.”

The Swaziland International Trade Fair is the largest trade show in Swaziland. In 2024, the show will be held from August 30 to September 8 and will include business exhibitions and seminars, sports, music, family entertainment, cultural dance, government services and more.
