Axis 1: Education Innovation and Employability
In recent years at Issbat we have innovated in our teaching methods and as a teaching team we will continue this momentum and innovate again and again. We will continue this momentum and create new pathways that are attractive to students and together we will improve the employability of our graduates.
We will work together with the Quality Committee to obtain ISO 21001 certification which will strengthen our efforts in development and innovation, thereby enhancing the credibility and recognition of our institute.
Axis 2: Research and technology transfer
In the same sense, we will strive to hold regular scientific events that will allow us to further promote research at Issbat and carry out technology transfer.
Axis 3: Strategic partnerships and collaboration
The development of teaching and research will be more dynamic thanks to strategic partnerships and cooperation with other institutions, organizations and companies in industry and services.
In addition, thanks to the efforts of all of us, we have established a fruitful partnership and cooperation in recent years, and we will further promote this cooperation together.
Axis 4: Well-being and communication
All of this inevitably depends on our well-being in Isbat. We will use the means at our disposal to create a dynamic and joyful cooperation.
We will continue to promote student initiative and student life and encourage and support clubs.
We intend to continue the challenging and entrepreneurial initiatives that have been established through the extraordinary efforts of a multidisciplinary team of committed and motivated faculty.
We will increase the visibility of the Institute through effective communication tools. We will ensure that the opportunities available to students and the training offers of Issbat are fully communicated and understood.
With the trust and commitment of my team and colleagues, and the support of my predecessors, I am ready and determined to continue to build Issbat into a shining, innovative and ecologically responsible institution.
