“According to the law regarding noise pollution, playing amplified music is prohibited” the Gosier Municipality recalled.
These devices must not be used in a manner that causes undue inconvenience to neighbors.
Violations of the above provisions of Mayoral Decree No. 2015/138 will be subject to sanctions and prosecution in accordance with current laws.
