Keheliya Rambukwella’s daughter has filed a revision petition demanding that the order of the Malikakanda District Court remanding former minister Keheliya Rambukwella, who was arrested for purchasing substandard vaccines, is illegal.
The Colombo High Court has therefore given the defendants time to challenge the petition filed today (21st) seeking modification of the court order remanding former minister Keheliya Rambukwella.
The Colombo High Court judge has ordered the issuance of notice for hearing of the petition in question and for objections to be filed on September 12.
