Billionaire Computershare founder Chris Morris has listed a $5 million luxury Middle Park apartment with stunning bay views, but he’s not short of accommodation options.

The billionaire also owns the apartment next door – and he moved to the Gold Coast following the coronavirus pandemic and manages resorts across Queensland, including a private island.

This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located in 302/312 Beaconsfield Avenue It comes with six parking spaces and has a price guide of $5 million to $5.3 million.

The villa is located in a boutique bay-facing block and features high-end features such as Gaggenau appliances, marble kitchen benchtops, butler’s pantry and European oak herringbone floors.

Some interested parties suggested that the two parking spaces could even be used to house a golf simulator.

Jellis Craig real estate agent Simon Gowling said the home was very secure and would be perfect for downsizers.

“It’s hard to find apartments of this quality in the Middle Park and Albert Park area,” he said.

Public records show the home is owned by a company whose shareholder is Chris Morris. It was purchased in 2021 for $4.19 million.
